- You take ownership of the Technology Transformation practice and manage go-to-market and delivery holistically.
- You further develop our Technology Transformation offerings, with a particular focus on technology strategy, IT target pictures, and transformation management, and position them in the market.
- You take on pre-sales responsibility, from proposal writing and RFPs to client presentations.
- You advise clients on developing sustainable target architectures, creating actionable roadmaps, and defining long-term investment priorities.
- You are responsible for client projects end-to-end and serve as the primary point of contact at management level.
- You lead your team (currently 4–5 people) in day-to-day operations, support their professional and personal development, and take on disciplinary leadership responsibility.
- You contribute to staffing and recruiting decisions for the Technology Transformation practice.
- You represent our offering externally – in your network, at events, and in publications.

- You have relevant professional experience (6–8 years) in management or technology consulting, or in a comparable role with a strong IT focus.
- You have initial experience leading or managing teams or practices (both disciplinary and functional).
- You have initial experience in pre-sales or in preparing proposals/RFPs, or you are keen to build on this.
- You have a solid understanding of technology strategy, IT target pictures, and architecture work, and you can translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- You communicate confidently with executive boards, managing directors, and IT leadership, and you can structure complex topics clearly.
- You think entrepreneurially and are interested in taking on responsibility for organizational development beyond client projects.
- You are willing to travel to successfully support projects on-site with our clients.
- You have excellent German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages).
