- You take ownership of the Data Strategy practice and manage go-to-market and delivery holistically.
- You further develop our data offerings, with a particular focus on Data Governance and Data for AI, and position them in the market.
- You take on pre-sales responsibility, from proposal writing and RFPs to client presentations.
- You advise clients on developing data strategies and building Data-for-AI capabilities (e.g. agentic AI use cases based on modern data platforms).
- You are responsible for client projects end-to-end and serve as the primary point of contact at management level.
- You lead your team (currently 4–5 people) in day-to-day operations, support their professional and personal development, and take on your first disciplinary leadership responsibilities.
- You contribute to staffing and recruiting decisions for the data practice.
- You represent our offering externally – in your network, at events, and in publications.

- You have relevant professional experience (6–8 years) in the field of data (Data Engineering, Data Strategy, BI/Analytics), ideally in a consulting environment.
- You have initial experience leading or managing teams or practices (both disciplinary and functional).
- You have initial experience in pre-sales or in preparing proposals/RFPs, or you are keen to build on this.
- You have a deep understanding of modern data platforms, data architectures (data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses), and market trends in the data and AI space.
- You have experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks) and/or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- You communicate confidently with executive boards, managing directors, and IT leadership, and you can structure complex topics clearly.
- You think entrepreneurially and are interested in taking on responsibility for organizational development beyond client projects.
- You are willing to travel to successfully support projects on-site with our clients.
- You have excellent German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages).
