- You are responsible for the overarching framework for TRUSTEQ’s operational business and ensure that the company is positioned internally with the same level of professionalism that we demonstrate to our clients.
- You establish operational structures, standards, and processes and continuously develop them further with a focus on the scalability of a growing consultancy.
- You are responsible for end-to-end compliance and contract management: from master agreements and signing processes to tool and license management as well as fleet management.
- You oversee office management across our locations and ensure that our offices reflect what TRUSTEQ stands for.
- You identify inefficiencies in existing workflows at an early stage, analyze root causes, and independently implement pragmatic improvements quickly and effectively, enabling the consulting team to focus on their core work.
- You drive TRUSTEQ’s sustainability agenda: EcoVadis certification, ESG reporting, diversity initiatives - from planning and implementation to internal and external communication.
- You are familiar with TRUSTEQ’s event portfolio and external positioning formats and step in operationally when needed.

- You bring initial to several years of professional experience in an operational role, ideally within a consulting, professional services, or similarly dynamic business environment.
- You have a strong talent for organization and structuring and create order and clarity without generating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- You have a solid understanding of key operations topics and are able to coordinate them competently from a content perspective.
- You are grounded, keep a clear head in stressful situations, and have a natural sense of quality.
- You are tech-savvy and experienced in working with digital tools and office systems; experience with DocuSign, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
- You are fluent in German (minimum C1) and have a good command of English (minimum B2), communicating clearly, reliably, and appropriately with both the team and the partnership.
