As a growing consulting company with high brand standards, we continuously and deliberately evolve our communication. To achieve this, we need creative minds who can express our values, services, and culture through clear and compelling design.

That’s where you come in: As a marketing all-rounder, you will develop, design, and implement visual concepts - from website design and social media assets to TRUSTEQ merchandise and marketing support for our events.

Since we are a young company, your role is not strictly limited to UX/UI and graphic design. Your main focus will be on visual design, but you will also have the opportunity to take on other exciting marketing topics. These may include event support, campaign execution, or creating social media visuals (image & video).

We live by a true hands-on mentality: when it matters, we all pitch in together. Through your regular visits to our Munich office (once a week - more if you’d like), you’ll also be well connected across the entire company.

With a high degree of personal responsibility, you will take on the following tasks:

  • You develop UI/UX concepts for landing pages, internal tools, or events and turn them into prototypes.
  • You design visual content for our website, presentations, and social media channels using modern AI tools.
  • You develop and maintain our CI guidelines, templates, and style guides in line with our brand identity, as well as creative merchandise.
  • You support photography for team events or shoots and professionally edit the visual material afterward.
  • You assist with the visual implementation of employer branding campaigns and internal communication formats.
  • You support the marketing team with various tasks that may occasionally go beyond your core responsibilities (publishing posts, event support, campaign assistance, etc.).

YOUR PROFIL

  • You have completed or are currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • You have solid proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • You are communicative, flexible, and a strong team player who values personal interaction through regular presence in our Munich office.
  • You have a strong sense for modern, target-group-oriented branding, act as a Brand Ambassador, and actively shape our brand perception across all touchpoints.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner while contributing your own ideas.
  • You have initial experience working with web design, responsive layouts, and digital interfaces.
  • You are confident using cameras and image-editing tools (e.g. Lightroom, Photoshop).
  • You have excellent German skills and solid written and spoken English skills.
