You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and change management, applying agile methodologies in a targeted and effective way. In transformation projects, you will play a central role by bringing structure, clarity, and strong execution capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks:
- Supporting transformation initiatives: Assisting clients in the structured development and optimization of organizations, processes, and ways of working
- Interface management between business and IT: Gathering, structuring, and aligning business requirements while ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives
- (Partial) project management: Independently planning, coordinating, and delivering projects with a strong focus on sustainable results
- Applying agile methodologies: Using agile ways of working and taking on relevant roles (e.g. Scrum Master or Product Owner) within projects
- Change management: Designing and supporting transformation processes, including stakeholder management and implementation support
- Process analysis and optimization: Identifying improvement opportunities and developing as well as implementing efficient, digitally enabled processes
- Management-level communication and reporting: Conducting structured analyses and preparing content tailored to decision-makers and steering committees
