- You actively contribute to the full 360° recruiting process: from drafting targeted job postings and screening incoming applications to conducting an initial selection of qualified candidates. You are also responsible for candidate communication and for coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- You support active sourcing efforts via relevant business networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and proactively identify suitable talent.
- You collaborate on the development of employer branding initiatives and contribute your own ideas to position TRUSTEQ as an attractive employer in the market.
- You assist in the planning and execution of recruiting events, university partnerships, and career fairs.
- You contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and work closely with the recruiting team to implement them effectively.
