AI Security (Senior) Consultant

YOUR TASKS

  • You analyze business processes, organizational structures, or technical systems and identify optimization potential through the use of AI.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You advise clients on the secure introduction and use of AI solutions and support them in realistically assessing the opportunities and risks of AI.
  • You advise business units and develop tailored AI strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of cybersecurity and related applications.
     Additionally at the senior level: You support executives and project stakeholders with strategic and conceptual questions regarding the use of AI within existing security structures.
  • You support project or program management for our clients.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You lead and oversee AI security projects from analysis through conception to implementation, acting as the central interface between business units, IT, and security.
  • You prepare and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You design, organize, and facilitate workshops, assessments, and training sessions on AI security, e.g., for risk assessment of AI use cases or the secure use of generative AI.
  • You create reporting materials for decision-makers and committees to enable informed decision-making.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You document results, prepare management and decision-making materials, and present them appropriately to different stakeholders.
  • Additionally at the senior level: You develop and evaluate practical concepts and guidelines for securing AI applications without going deeply into technical implementation.
  • Additionally at the senior level: You support project and stakeholder management, coordinate involved parties, and ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Additionally at the senior level: You monitor market and technology trends in AI security and derive relevant impulses for client projects and new consulting approaches.

YOUR PROFIL

  • You have a good to very good completed (Master’s) degree in business administration, (business) informatics, a technical, scientific, mathematical, or related discipline.
  • You bring 1–2 years of professional experience for a Consultant role or 2–5 years for a Senior Consultant role.
  • You have an interest in topics related to the secure development of AI, the secure use of AI applications, or the use of AI to improve cybersecurity.
  • You work in a structured and pragmatic manner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • You have an open and empathetic personality.
  • You are a team player, motivated, performance-oriented, flexible, communicative, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable with technical concepts and enjoy bridging the gap between development and management.
  • You are motivated by impact and personal growth through working in a team as well as with and for our clients.
  • You are proficient in working with MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • You are willing to travel. 
  • You have very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both languages).

Additionally at the senior level:
  • You confidently work on topics related to the secure development of AI, the secure use of AI applications, or the use of AI to improve cybersecurity.
  • You have solid knowledge of modern project management methodologies, understand business processes in IT and cybersecurity, and are confident in designing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing them.
  • You are a creative and motivated team player with strong initiative and a passion for driving innovative ideas and building long-term client relationships.
  • You stand out through analytical and visionary thinking as well as excellent presentation and communication skills, enabling you to clearly convey complex technical concepts and confidently advise clients.
  • You possess strong presentation and facilitation skills and interact confidently with clients.
