AI Technical (Senior) Consultant (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • You analyze technical customer requirements and develop suitable AI solutions.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You lead technically complex AI projects and design innovative architectures.
  • You implement and integrate AI systems into existing IT landscapes.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You evaluate and integrate new technologies and optimize existing systems.
  • You support the evaluation and selection of AI technologies and tools.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You advise our clients and internal stakeholders on technical AI solutions.
  • You design and develop prototypes to demonstrate technical feasibility.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You create detailed technical concepts and conduct code reviews.
  • You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement technical concepts.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices.
  • You document and continuously improve technical processes.
  • Additionally at the senior level: You take on personnel responsibility for the project team.
 

YOUR PROFIL

  • You have a strong to excellent completed (Master’s) degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • You bring 1–2 years of professional experience for the Consultant role, or 2–5 years for the Senior Consultant role.
  • You have relevant experience in implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
  • You possess strong knowledge of common AI and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain) as well as database systems (e.g., vector databases, graph databases).
  • You are proficient in Python and have experience working with development standards in an enterprise environment.
    • Additionally at the senior level: You have extensive experience in team leadership and project organization.
  • You are interested in current AI topics and stay up to date with technological developments.
  • You have very strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • You are a team player, highly motivated, flexible, communicative, and proactive.
  • You have excellent presentation and facilitation skills and interact confidently with clients.
  • You are willing to travel.
  • You have very strong German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both languages).
