To further develop and manage our HR processes, we are looking for an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities while also driving our digitalization initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operational HR Management:
You will independently manage and oversee all HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, including contract changes, onboarding, offboarding, maintenance of digital personnel files, and preparation of payroll. - Point of Contact for Employees:
You will serve as the central point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing professional guidance to employees on topics such as working time regulations, vacation, benefits, social security, and other HR-related issues. You will continuously enhance the overall employee experience and support employees in their development. - Process Optimization and Digitalization:
You will take responsibility for developing and optimizing HR processes, particularly with a focus on digital solutions. You will leverage your experience with Personio and additional analytics tools to implement innovative and efficient solutions. - Collaboration with Management:
You will work closely with our HR sponsor from the executive team and align on both strategic and operational topics. - Attention to Detail and Compliance:
You will ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and are comfortable working in a structured, detail-oriented manner with a high level of precision.
