YOUR TASKS

  • You analyze business processes and identify optimization potential through the application of AI
    • Additionally at Senior Level: You lead complex AI projects from ideation through to implementation.
  • You advise business units and develop tailored AI strategies
    • Additionally at Senior Level: You provide strategic consulting to executives on the integration of AI solutions
  • You develop concepts, feasibility studies, and prototypes
    • Additionally at Senior Level: You design and validate solution concepts as well as high-performance AI architectures
  • You implement and continuously optimize AI solutions
    • Additionally at Senior Level: You assume personnel responsibility for the project team.
  • You conduct workshops and training sessions to foster AI literacy
    • Additionally at Senior Level: You organize and facilitate interdisciplinary workshops and training programs
  • You support our clients throughout their AI transformation initiatives
    • Additionally at Senior Level: You analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

YOUR PROFIL

  • For the Consultant role, you bring 1–2 years of professional experience
    • Senior Level: For the Senior Consultant role, you bring 2–5 years of professional experience
  • You have relevant experience in implementing AI solutions within a corporate environment
  • You have extensive experience in team leadership and project organization
  • You are familiar with common AI and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain) as well as database systems (vector and graph databases) and possess a strong understanding of technical implementation
  • You are confident in the technical design of solution approaches
  • You demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and have a visionary perspective on how AI can transform the business world
  • You are proficient in Python and have experience working with development standards in an enterprise environment
  • You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
  • You have strong presentation and facilitation skills and interact confidently with clients
  • You are willing to travel
  • You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
