- You are currently enrolled in an IT-focused degree program such as (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Ideally, you are a Master’s student or an advanced Bachelor’s student
- You preferably have initial experience with common programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, etc.) and ideally also with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- You demonstrate strong motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and take on responsibility
- You have a strong interest in solving technical challenges in the context of specific client requirements
- You are able to structure technical topics clearly and communicate them appropriately to different audiences
- You possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and taking responsibility
- You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
