Data Solutions Managing Consultant (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • You analyze complex business processes and system landscapes
  • You advise our clients on the architecture and implementation of data platforms, databases, and data integration processes
  • You independently design and implement ETL/ELT processes
  • You support our clients in developing data strategies
  • You design and develop BI solutions, reports, and dashboards, as well as AI agent systems for process automation
  • You design and implement data models for modern data lakes, lakehouses, or traditional data warehouses
  • You build and optimize data pipelines in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • You support users in efficiently utilizing and further developing data platforms
  • You collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams consisting of data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts

YOUR PROFIL

  • You hold a strong to very strong completed degree with a focus on IT, STEM, or data-related disciplines and have practical experience in building modern data platforms
  • You have relevant professional experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics—ideally in a consulting environment—and have already led a team as well as gained experience in sales
  • You bring proven expertise in programming with Python or Java, including confident use of Spark (PySpark)
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of and certifications in Databricks or comparable modern data platforms, as well as in agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and the implementation of multi-agent systems in production environments
  • You possess solid expertise in SQL development
  • You have experience in data modeling (3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault)
  • You bring experience in visualizing and presenting data using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • You have experience working with large data volumes and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or Google BigQuery) is an advantage
  • You are familiar with software engineering practices such as version control, CI/CD, and test automation
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, are a strong team player, and communicate effectively
  • You are willing to travel
  • You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
