YOUR PROFIL
- You hold a strong to very strong completed degree with a focus on IT, STEM, or data-related disciplines and have practical experience in building modern data platforms
- You have relevant professional experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics—ideally in a consulting environment—and have already led a team as well as gained experience in sales
- You bring proven expertise in programming with Python or Java, including confident use of Spark (PySpark)
- Ideally, you have knowledge of and certifications in Databricks or comparable modern data platforms, as well as in agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and the implementation of multi-agent systems in production environments
- You possess solid expertise in SQL development
- You have experience in data modeling (3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault)
- You bring experience in visualizing and presenting data using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- You have experience working with large data volumes and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or Google BigQuery) is an advantage
- You are familiar with software engineering practices such as version control, CI/CD, and test automation
- You work independently and in a structured manner, are a strong team player, and communicate effectively
- You are willing to travel
- You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
