Identity Access Management Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • You plan, monitor, and manage complex sub-projects
  • You assume personnel responsibility for the project team
  • You design and develop tailored solutions for our clients and implement them sustainably in close collaboration with them
  • You further develop your clients’ IAM architecture and strategy
  • You implement new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IAM system.
  • You conduct tests and audits to assess system performance
  • You ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
  • You document the IAM architecture and related processes
  • You integrate application systems and cloud services into the IAM framework
  • You analyze complex processes and systems, particularly in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • You design solution concepts and IT architectures
  • You take responsibility for leading and guiding the transformation of complex IT system architectures
  • You manage stakeholder communication and conduct status meetings
  • You assume responsibility for internal development initiatives aimed at expanding and strengthening our company

YOUR PROFIL

  • You hold a strong to very strong completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline
  • You bring 2–5 years of professional experience in the development and optimization of IAM systems
  • You have gained experience in IT security and IT consulting
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols such as SSO, SAML, and OAuth
  • You have experience in integrating and managing IAM systems, particularly Entra ID or One Identity
  • You are familiar with compliance and data protection regulations such as GDPR
  • You have a very strong understanding of business processes and projects in the areas of IT and IT security
  • You possess strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies and practical experience in executing complex projects
  • You bring strong leadership capabilities and experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams
  • You demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
  • You are enthusiastic about digital topics, strategies, and their interdependencies
  • You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
  • You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and taking responsibility
  • You interact confidently with clients and have experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships
  • You are willing to travel
  • You possess strong presentation and facilitation skills as well as very strong MS Office proficiency
  • You have excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
