As a company with a strong external presence, we continuously require fresh content that communicates our expertise and dynamic team spirit, strengthens our digital footprint, and enhances our brand visibility. This is where you come in: You will plan, conceptualize, and design your own content and creative projects—your creativity knows no limits. As an integral part of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments and produce formats that help grow our channels and website while strengthening our brand.
With a high level of ownership, you will take on the following responsibilities:
  • You support all social media activities and coordinate collaboration within the team and with other departments
  • You develop creative social media content together with the team and manage its publication across our channels
  • You create visual (and potentially video) formats for use on our social media platforms and website
  • You work within our CMS, contribute to the design and ongoing development of our website, and ensure adherence to and strategic enhancement of our corporate identity (CI)
  • You support our employees in creating value-adding articles, blog posts, and social media contributions, particularly through visual design elements
  • You are responsible for analyzing and reporting on our social media and marketing activities
  • You support the planning, organization, and execution of TRUSTEQ events, with a particular focus on designing promotional materials and event branding elements
  • You design and coordinate TRUSTEQ merchandise items

YOUR PROFIL

  • You are currently enrolled at a university in a degree program preferably focused on media design, marketing, communication sciences, or a related field
  • You are creative and have a strong eye for design and aesthetics
  • You already have basic experience with common graphic design tools such as Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or Figma
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience in marketing, social media, or media design
  • You work independently and in a structured manner and are able to manage smaller projects
  • You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and are willing to take on responsibility
  • You are highly communicative, a strong team player, motivated, adaptable, and proactively network with colleagues
  • You are confident in using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
