YOUR TASKS

  • You are responsible for internal People Operations processes, serve as the point of contact for our employees, and manage internal HR communication
  • You continuously optimize the overall employee experience and support our employees in their professional development
  • You not only design and manage People processes but also strategically expand and shape the People function in close collaboration with management
  • You identify current trends in the People domain and derive concrete measures and initiatives from them
  • You design and manage People projects focused on organizational development
  • You professionalize structures, tools, and processes within the HR and organizational environment
  • You actively contribute to the company’s growth and drive business development initiatives in the HR domain

YOUR PROFIL

  • You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, HR Management, Sociology, or a comparable qualification
  • You bring several years (5–7 years) of relevant professional experience in HR, Employee Experience, or People Operations, preferably within fast-growing organizations
  • You demonstrate a high degree of ownership, an innovative mindset, and a strong drive to design and implement new processes
  • You are a team player, communicative, and work independently in a structured manner
  • You have a hands-on mentality, a dynamic working style, and a strong interest in growth and transformation
  • You possess excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
