DEINE AUFGABEN

Du analysierst bestehende Governance-Modelle und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale im Kontext von AI
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du übernimmst die Leitung komplexer Governance-Projekte, trägst die strategische Verantwortung für die Implementierung moderner AI-Governance-Frameworks und berätst auf Unternehmensebene zu Governance-, Risk- & Compliance-Themen.
Du konzipierst und implementierst Richtlinien, Verfahren und Frameworks zur Sicherstellung einer robusten AI-Governance
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Governance-Strategien und -Lösungen, die auf internationale Compliance- und Ethikstandards abzielen, und berätst zur Schaffung neuer Prozesse, Gremien und klarer Verantwortlichkeiten.
Du unterstützt Kunden im In- und Ausland bei der Etablierung von Compliance- und Ethikstandards
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du berätst Führungskräfte und Entscheidungsträger:innen hinsichtlich regulatorischer Risiken und begleitest Unternehmen bei der Vorbereitung auf den EU AI Act, inklusive Integration der Anforderungen in bestehende Prozesse, Strukturen und Kontrollsysteme
Du koordinierst die Umsetzung von Governance-Prozessen im Rahmen von AI-Projekten
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du überwachst die Implementierung von Governance-Prozessen, initiierst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und arbeitest eng mit internen Teams sowie Kunden, insbesondere aus regulierten Branchen, zusammen.
Du prüfst regulatorische Vorgaben und leitest Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen ein
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von ISO-Managementsystemen und führst Informationssicherheitsaudits durch bzw. begleitest diese fachlich
Du mentorst und coachst Junior Consultants und förderst den Wissenstransfer im Team
Du dokumentierst Prozesse und erstellst Berichte zur stetigen Verbesserung der Governance-Strukturen
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du dokumentierst den Projektfortschritt, präsentierst Ergebnisse in Workshops und leitest strategische Diskussionen mit Stakeholdern und erstellst fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst erste relevante Praxiserfahrung mit z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten.
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Beratung, Prüfung oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
Du brennst für Themen wie Governance oder Risk & Compliance und bringst ein fundiertes theoretisches Fundament mit.
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du bringst umfassende Erfahrung in Regulatorik, Governance oder Risk & Compliance mit.
Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis für die Funktionsweise von AI-Modellen und interessierst dich für deren Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung.
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung in der fachübergreifenden Beratung zur Ausgestaltung von AI-Kontrollprozessen und in der Sicherstellung von Governance-Standards über den gesamten AI-Lebenszyklus.
Du hast große Lust, dich intensiv mit Rahmenbedingungen für den sicheren Einsatz von AI auseinanderzusetzen und interessierst dich für regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen.
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in regulatorischen Vorgaben wie NIS2, DORA oder MaRisk und idealerweise dem EU AI Act oder hast die Bereitschaft dich schnell und fundiert in dieses Themenfeld einzuarbeiten.
Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse in der Informationssicherheit und hast idealerweise schon erste Einblicke in Audit-Prozesse gewonnen.
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du hast Auditerfahrung, insbesondere im Bereich Informationssicherheit, und idealerweise eine Zertifizierung als ISO Lead Implementor und/oder ISO-Auditor.
Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Vorgaben zu durchdringen und arbeitest gerne daran mit, diese in greifbare Maßnahmen zu übersetzen.
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du kannst regulatorische Vorgaben sicher einordnen, praxisnah interpretieren und in konkrete organisatorische, prozessuale oder technische Maßnahmen übersetzen.
Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist eigeninitiativ und offen für Feedback und Weiterentwicklung
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle im Team, förderst den fachlichen Austausch und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung anderer. Eigeninitiative, Ownership und ein reflektierter Umgang mit Feedback sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Du bist kommunikationsstark und sicher im Auftreten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
- Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch auch gegenüber Senior-Stakeholdern.

YOUR TASKS

You analyze existing governance models and identify optimization potential in the context of AI.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You lead complex governance projects, assume strategic responsibility for the implementation of modern AI governance frameworks, and advise organizations on governance, risk, and compliance topics at the enterprise level.
You design and implement policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure robust AI governance.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You develop tailored governance strategies and solutions aligned with international compliance and ethical standards and advise on establishing new processes, committees, and clear accountability structures.
You support clients nationally and internationally in establishing compliance and ethical standards.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You advise executives and decision-makers on regulatory risks and support organizations in preparing for the EU AI Act, including integrating its requirements into existing processes, structures, and control systems.
You coordinate the implementation of governance processes within AI projects.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You oversee the implementation of governance processes, initiate continuous improvements, and collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, particularly in regulated industries.
You assess regulatory requirements and derive measures to ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You support the implementation and further development of ISO management systems and conduct or professionally accompany information security audits.
You mentor and coach junior consultants and foster knowledge transfer within the team.
You document processes and prepare reports to continuously improve governance structures.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You document project progress, present results in workshops, lead strategic discussions with stakeholders, and prepare well-founded decision materials.

YOUR PROFIL

You have successfully completed your studies and bring initial relevant practical experience, for example through internships or working student positions.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, auditing, or a comparable role.
You are passionate about topics such as governance or risk & compliance and have a solid theoretical foundation.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You bring extensive experience in regulation, governance, or risk & compliance.
You have a basic understanding of how AI models function and are interested in their governance and quality assurance.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You possess solid experience in cross-functional consulting on the design of AI control processes and in ensuring governance standards throughout the entire AI lifecycle.
You are highly motivated to explore frameworks for the safe use of AI and are interested in regulatory environments.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You have knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, or MaRisk and ideally the EU AI Act, or you are willing to quickly and thoroughly develop expertise in this area.
You have basic knowledge of information security and ideally have gained initial insights into audit processes.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You have auditing experience, particularly in the field of information security, and ideally hold a certification as an ISO Lead Implementor and/or ISO Auditor.
You have the ability to understand complex requirements and enjoy translating them into practical measures.
- Additionally at Senior Level: You are able to confidently assess regulatory requirements, interpret them pragmatically, and translate them into concrete organizational, procedural, or technical measures.
