DEINE AUFGABEN

Du verantwortest die internen People-Operations-Prozesse und bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden und übernimmst die interne HR-Kommunikation
Du optimierst unsere gesamte Employee Experience kontinuierlich weiter und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei ihren Entwicklungen
Du gestaltest nicht nur People-Prozesse, sondern baust den People-Bereich strategisch in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management aus
Du identifizierst aktuelle Trends im People-Bereich und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab
Du konzipierst und steuerst People-Projekte zur Organisationsentwicklung
Du professionalisierst Strukturen, Tools und Prozesse im HR- und Organisationsumfeld
Du gestaltest das Unternehmenswachstum aktiv mit und treibst Business Development im Bereich HR voran

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Psychologie, HR-Management, Soziologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Du hast mehrjährige (5-7 Jahre) relevante Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld, Employee Experience oder People Operations, präferiert in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Innovationsgeist und Freude am Gestalten neuer Prozesse
Du bist teamfähig, kommunikativ und arbeitest eigenständig sowie strukturiert
Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität,eine dynamische Arbeitsweise und Lust auf Wachstum & Veränderung
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)

YOUR TASKS

You are responsible for internal People Operations processes, serve as the point of contact for our employees, and manage internal HR communication
You continuously optimize the overall employee experience and support our employees in their professional development
You not only design and manage People processes but also strategically expand and shape the People function in close collaboration with management
You identify current trends in the People domain and derive concrete measures and initiatives from them
You design and manage People projects focused on organizational development
You professionalize structures, tools, and processes within the HR and organizational environment
You actively contribute to the company’s growth and drive business development initiatives in the HR domain

YOUR PROFIL

You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, HR Management, Sociology, or a comparable qualification
You bring several years (5–7 years) of relevant professional experience in HR, Employee Experience, or People Operations, preferably within fast-growing organizations
You demonstrate a high degree of ownership, an innovative mindset, and a strong drive to design and implement new processes
You are a team player, communicative, and work independently in a structured manner
You have a hands-on mentality, a dynamic working style, and a strong interest in growth and transformation
You possess excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
