DEINE AUFGABEN

Du planst, überwachst und steuerst komplexe Teilprojekte
Du übernimmst Personalverantwortung für das Projektteam
Du konzipierst und gestaltest maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen nachhaltig um
Du entwickelst die IAM-Architektur und -Strategie unserer Kund:innen weiter
Du implementierst neue Technologien sowie Tools zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Effektivität des IAM-Systems
Du führst Tests und Audits zur Bewertung der Performance durch
Du stellst sicher, dass die Compliance- und Datenschutzvorschriften eingehalten werden
Du dokumentierst die IAM-Architektur und -Prozesse
Du bindest Anwendungssysteme und Cloud Services durch IAM an
Du analysierst komplexe Prozesse und Systeme (insbesondere im Bereich IAM)
Du konzeptionierst Lösungen und IT-Architekturen
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Leitung und Begleitung der Transformation komplexer Systemarchitekturen im Bereich IT
Du bist verantwortlich für die Stakeholder-Kommunikation und Durchführung von Statusmeetings
Du verantwortest die Übernahme von internen Weiterentwicklungsthemen zum Ausbau unseres Unternehmens Stakeholder-Kommunikation und Durchführung von Statusmeetings

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein gutes bis sehr gutes abgeschlossenes (Master-)Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder verwandten Disziplinen
Du bringst 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von IAM-Systemen mit
Du hast Erfahrungen in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit und IT-Beratung gesammelt
Du hast Fachkenntnisse in IAM-Technologien und -Protokollen wie SSO, SAML und OAuth
Du hast Erfahrung in der Integration und Verwaltung von IAM-Systemen insbesondere Entra ID oder One Identity
Du bist vertraut mit Compliance- und Datenschutzvorschriften wie GDPR
Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Unternehmensprozessen und -projekten in den Bereichen IT und IT-Sicherheit
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Projektmanagementmethoden und praktische Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von komplexen Projekten
Du bringst ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams mit
Du besitzt sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz

YOUR TASKS

You plan, monitor, and manage complex sub-projects
You assume personnel responsibility for the project team
You design and develop tailored solutions for our clients and implement them sustainably in close collaboration with them
You further develop your clients’ IAM architecture and strategy
You implement new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IAM system.
You conduct tests and audits to assess system performance
You ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
You document the IAM architecture and related processes
You integrate application systems and cloud services into the IAM framework
You analyze complex processes and systems, particularly in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
You design solution concepts and IT architectures
You take responsibility for leading and guiding the transformation of complex IT system architectures
You manage stakeholder communication and conduct status meetings
You assume responsibility for internal development initiatives aimed at expanding and strengthening our company

YOUR PROFIL

You hold a strong to very strong completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline
You bring 2–5 years of professional experience in the development and optimization of IAM systems
You have gained experience in IT security and IT consulting
You possess in-depth knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols such as SSO, SAML, and OAuth
You have experience in integrating and managing IAM systems, particularly Entra ID or One Identity
You are familiar with compliance and data protection regulations such as GDPR
You have a very strong understanding of business processes and projects in the areas of IT and IT security
You possess strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies and practical experience in executing complex projects
You bring strong leadership capabilities and experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams
You demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
You are enthusiastic about digital topics, strategies, and their interdependencies
You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and taking responsibility
You interact confidently with clients and have experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships
You are willing to travel
You possess strong presentation and facilitation skills as well as very strong MS Office proficiency
You have excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
