DEINE AUFGABEN

Du entwickelst und positionierst das Technology-Advisory-Angebot strategisch im Markt und baust ein leistungsfähiges Team von 4–8 Consultants auf
Du übernimmst aktive Sales- und Account-Verantwortung: von der Identifikation relevanter Entscheider:innen über Angebotslogiken bis zum Abschluss
Du verantwortest Kundenprojekte end-to-end und agierst dabei als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in auf Management- und Vorstands-Ebene
Du entwickelst tragfähige Technologiestrategien und IT-Zielbilder, inklusive Zielarchitekturen, Roadmaps und Investitionspriorisierung
Du steuerst komplexe Transformationsinitiativen aus technischer Perspektive und stellst Architektur-, Qualitäts- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit sicher
Du etablierst wirksame Technology Governance (Rollen, Prozesse, Architekturprinzipien, Entscheidungsmechaniken) in anspruchsvollen IT-Organisationen
Du analysierst bestehende IT-Landschaften und leitest strukturierte Modernisierungsansätze ab (z. B. Plattform-, Applikations- oder Cloud-Strategien)
Du moderierst Entscheidungs- und Strategieworkshops mit Führungskräften und bereitest Inhalte entscheidungsreif für das Top-Management auf
Du entwickelst wiederverwendbare Beratungsartefakte, Standards und Methoden zur Skalierung von Qualität und Delivery
Du führst, entwickelst und coachst dein Team fachlich und persönlich, inklusive Staffing, Performance-Feedback und Recruiting-Beiträgen

DEIN PROFIL

Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 8 Jahre) in der Management- oder Technologieberatung bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit hoher IT-Nähe
Du hast nachweislich Verantwortung für Kundenbeziehungen, Angebotsprozesse und kommerzielle Ergebnisse übernommen
Du bewegst dich sicher in der Kommunikation mit Vorständen, Geschäftsführungen und IT-Leitungen und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar strukturieren
Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Berater:innen oder Projektteams.
Du bringst tiefes Verständnis für Technologiestrategie, IT-Zielbilder und Architekturarbeit mit – und kannst diese in umsetzbare Roadmaps übersetzen
Du kennst die Realität großer Transformationsprogramme und kannst technische Steuerung pragmatisch und wirksam aufsetzen
Du hast Erfahrung mit Governance-Strukturen und Entscheidungsmechaniken in komplexen Organisationen
Du hast Lust auf das Arbeiten in einem wachsenden Beratungsunternehmen und bringst das Interesse und die Bereitschaft mit, über Kundenprojekte hinaus Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation zu übernehmen
Du arbeitest unternehmerisch, übernimmst Verantwortung und verbindest inhaltliche Tiefe mit Hands-on-Mentalität
Du bist reisebereit
Du kommunizierst sehr klar, strukturiert und adressatengerecht - schriftlich wie mündlich
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 in beiden Sprachen)

YOUR TASKS

You strategically develop and position the Technology Advisory offering in the market and build a high-performing team of 4-8 consultants
You assume active sales and account responsibility - from identifying relevant decision-makers and defining proposal strategies to closing deals
You take end-to-end responsibility for client projects and act as the primary point of contact at management and board level
You develop robust technology strategies and IT target operating models, including target architectures, roadmaps, and investment prioritization
You steer complex transformation initiatives from a technical perspective, ensuring architectural integrity, quality standards, and sound decision-making
You establish effective technology governance frameworks (roles, processes, architectural principles, decision-making mechanisms) within sophisticated IT organizations
You analyze existing IT landscapes and derive structured modernization approaches (e.g., platform, application, or cloud strategies)
You facilitate decision-making and strategy workshops with executives and prepare content for board-level decision-making
You develop reusable consulting artifacts, standards, and methodologies to scale quality and delivery
You lead, develop, and coach your team both professionally and personally, including staffing, performance feedback, and contributions to recruiting

YOUR PROFIL

You bring extensive professional experience (at least 8 years) in management or technology consulting, or in a comparable role with a strong IT focus
You have a proven track record of taking responsibility for client relationships, proposal processes, and commercial outcomes
You communicate confidently with board members, executive management, and IT leadership, and are able to structure and present complex topics clearly
You have experience in leading consultants or project teams, either in a functional or disciplinary capacity
You possess a deep understanding of technology strategy, IT target operating models, and architectural design - and can translate these into actionable roadmaps
You are familiar with the realities of large-scale transformation programs and can establish pragmatic and effective technical governance and steering mechanisms
You have experience with governance structures and decision-making processes in complex organizations
You are motivated to work in a growing consulting firm and are willing to take responsibility for the further development of the organization beyond client projects
You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership, and combine conceptual depth with a hands-on approach
You are willing to travel
You communicate in a clear, structured, and audience-appropriate manner - both written and verbal
You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
