Cybersecurity Manager (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Projekte, Themen und das Unternehmen im Bereich Cybersecurity
  • Du verantwortest Führungs- und Gestaltungsaufgaben in der Beratung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Cybersecurity-Lösungen
  • Du stellst sicher, dass festgelegte Meilensteine und Projektziele erreicht werden
  • Du übernimmst die Stakeholder-Kommunikation und führst Statusmeetings durch
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen, Projekt- und Teamleitung und vertrittst die Arbeitsergebnisse des Teams
  • Du prüfst und berätst unsere Kund:innen im Bereich Cybersecurity und entwickelst neue Dienstleistungen und Themenfelder
  • Du analysierst komplexe Prozesse und Systeme (insb. im Bereich Identity & Access Management (IAM))
  • Du konzeptionierst Lösungen und IT-Architekturen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der Neukundengewinnung mit
  • Du führst IT-Schwachstellenanalysen und Risikobewertungen von Informationssicherheitsvorfällen durch und entwickelst interne Security-Methoden und Security-Standards weiter
  • Du leitest und begleitest die Transformationen im Bereich Cybersecurity
  • Du verantwortest die Übernahme von internen Weiterentwicklungsthemen zum Ausbau unseres Unternehmens
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast ein gutes bis sehr gutes abgeschlossenes (Master-)Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder verwandten Disziplinen
  • Du bringst 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Cybersecurity, inkl. der Einführung von Zero-Trust-Konzepten & -Technologien, mit
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Identity & Access Management, Azure AD, Zero Trust und/oder Security Architecture Design gesammelt
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten und Managementerfahrung
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Unternehmensprozessen im Bereich Cybersecurity
  • Du verfügst über tiefgreifende Netzwerkkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse der Besonderheiten von Cybersecurity
  • Du besitzt sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Du hast exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Du begeisterst Dich für digitale Themen, Strategien und Prozesse
  • Du bist teamfähig, motiviert, leistungsbereit, flexibel und eigeninitiativ
  • Du hast Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und Verantwortung
  • Du bist reisebereit
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Projektmanagementkenntnisse 
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 in beiden Sprachen)

YOUR TASKS
  • You assume overall responsibility for projects, key topics, and the company’s development within the field of cybersecurity
  • You take on leadership and strategic responsibilities in the consulting, design, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions
  • You ensure that defined milestones and project objectives are achieved
  • You manage stakeholder communication and lead status meetings
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, project leads, and team members, representing the team’s results externally
  • You assess and advise our clients in the field of cybersecurity and contribute to the development of new services and topic areas
  • You analyze complex processes and systems, particularly in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • You design solution concepts and IT architectures
  • You actively contribute to new client acquisition efforts
  • You conduct IT vulnerability assessments and risk evaluations of information security incidents and further develop internal security methodologies and standards
  • You lead and support transformation initiatives in the field of cybersecurity
  • You take responsibility for internal development initiatives aimed at expanding and strengthening our company
YOUR PROFIL
  • You hold a strong to very strong completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline
  • You bring 5–8 years of professional experience in the field of cybersecurity, including the implementation of Zero Trust concepts and technologies
  • Ideally, you have gained experience in Identity & Access Management, Azure AD, Zero Trust, and/or security architecture design
  • You possess strong leadership capabilities and management experience
  • You have a very strong understanding of business processes in the field of cybersecurity
  • You have in-depth knowledge of networking as well as a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity-specific architectures and principles
  • You demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
  • You are enthusiastic about digital topics, strategies, and processes
  • You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, and proactive
  • You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and taking responsibility
  • You are willing to travel
  • You possess solid project management expertise
  • You have excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
