DEINE AUFGABEN

Du berätst Kunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Cybersecurity-Strategie mit Fokus auf Governance, Risk & Compliance sowie regulatorische Anforderungen im europäischen Umfeld
Du unterstützt bei der Einordnung, Bewertung und Umsetzung regulatorischer Initiativen wie eIDAS 2.0, NIS2, DORA oder verwandter EU-Vorgaben im Kontext bestehender IT- und Security-Strukturen
Du begleitest Kunden bei der Analyse und Bewertung von Cyber- und IT-Risiken und leitest daraus praxisnahe Handlungsempfehlungen zur Risikominimierung ab
Du entwickelst und verfeinerst Governance-, Richtlinien- und Kontrollkonzepte für Cybersecurity, Identitäten und Zugriffsmanagement – abgestimmt auf Organisation, Reifegrad und Geschäftsmodell
Du konzipierst, organisierst und moderierst Workshops, Assessments und Management-Formate zu Themen wie EUDI-Wallet, Identity & Trust Services, Cyber-GRC oder regulatorischer Compliance
Du übernimmst Verantwortung in IT- und Cybersecurity-Projekten, koordinierst Stakeholder aus Fachbereichen, IT, Security und Compliance und sorgst für eine strukturierte Umsetzung
Du bereitest Analyseergebnisse, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Roadmaps adressatengerecht für Management und Projektteams auf und präsentierst diese sicher und überzeugend
Du beobachtest regulatorische, technologische und marktbezogene Entwicklungen im Bereich Cybersecurity und Digital Identity und leitest daraus relevante Impulse für Kundenprojekte und neue Beratungsansätze ab

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein gutes bis sehr gutes abgeschlossenes (Master-)Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, einer technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen, mathematischen oder verwandten Disziplin
Du bringst für die Rolle als Consultant 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
Du hast Interesse an Fragestellungen rund um Cybersecurity, digitale Identitäten (z. B. EUDI-Wallet), Governance, Risk & Compliance sowie deren Einbettung in moderne IT- und Geschäftsprozesse
Du arbeitest strukturiert und pragmatisch und kannst dich schnell in neue Fragestellungen einarbeiten
Du besitzt eine offene und empathische Persönlichkeit
Du bist teamfähig, motiviert, leistungsbereit, flexibel, kommunikativ und eigeninitiativ
Du bist ein Generalist mit technischem Grundverständnis, hast keine Berührungsängste gegenüber technischen Konzepten und baust gerne Brücken zwischen Entwicklung und Management
Du motivierst dich durch Impact und persönliches Wachstum aus der Arbeit im Team sowie mit und für unsere Kund:innen
Du bist sicher in der Arbeit mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Outlook und PowerPoint
Du bist reisebereit
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 in beiden Sprachen)

YOUR TASKS

You advise clients on the further development of their cybersecurity strategy, with a focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and regulatory requirements within the European context
You support the classification, assessment, and implementation of regulatory initiatives such as eIDAS 2.0, NIS2, DORA, and related EU regulations within existing IT and security structures
You assist clients in analyzing and assessing cyber and IT risks and derive practical recommendations to mitigate those risks
You develop and refine governance, policy, and control frameworks for cybersecurity, identity, and access management-aligned with the organization’s structure, maturity level, and business model
You design, organize, and facilitate workshops, assessments, and management formats on topics such as the EUDI Wallet, Identity & Trust Services, Cyber GRC, and regulatory compliance
You assume responsibility within IT and cybersecurity projects, coordinate stakeholders across business units, IT, security, and compliance, and ensure structured implementation
You prepare analysis results, decision papers, and roadmaps tailored to management and project teams, presenting them confidently and persuasively
You monitor regulatory, technological, and market developments in the areas of cybersecurity and digital identity and derive relevant impulses for client projects and new consulting approaches

YOUR PROFIL

You hold a strong to very strong completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or a related discipline
For the Consultant role, you bring 1–2 years of professional experience
You are interested in topics related to cybersecurity, digital identities (e.g., EUDI Wallet), Governance, Risk & Compliance, and their integration into modern IT and business processes
You work in a structured and pragmatic manner and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
You have an open and empathetic personality
You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
You are a generalist with a solid technical foundation, comfortable engaging with technical concepts, and enjoy bridging the gap between development and management
You are driven by impact and personal growth through collaboration within the team and in working with and for our clients
You are confident in using MS Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
You are willing to travel
You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
