DEINE AUFGABEN

Du berätst unsere Kund:innen bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Cybersecurity-Lösungen
Du analysierst komplexe Prozesse und Systeme (insb. im Bereich Identity & Access Management (IAM))
Du begleitest die Transformation im Bereich Cybersecurity
Du entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen zur Prävention und Bekämpfung von Cyberangriffen
Du planst, überwachst und steuerst komplexe Teilprojekte
Du identifizierst neue Anwendungsfelder im Kontext der Cybersecurity und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen zielführende Lösungen
Du verantwortest die Übernahme von internen Weiterentwicklungsthemen zum Ausbau unseres Unternehmens

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein gutes bis sehr gutes abgeschlossenes (Master-)Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder verwandten Disziplinen
Du bringst für die Rolle als Consultant 1-2 Jahre oder für die Rolle als Senior Consultant 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Cybersecurity-Lösungen im betrieblichen Umfeld
Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Unternehmensprozessen in den Bereichen IT und IT-Sicherheit
Du verfügst über tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der Besonderheiten von Cloud-Systemen
Du verfügst über sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
Du bist teamfähig, leistungsbereit, flexibel, kommunikativ und eigeninitiativ
Du besitzt ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und agierst souverän im Umgang mit Kund:innen
Du bist reisebereit
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 in beiden Sprachen)

YOUR TASKS

You advise our clients on the implementation and optimization of cybersecurity solutions
You analyze complex processes and systems, particularly in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
You support and guide transformation initiatives in the field of cybersecurity
You develop practical solutions to prevent and mitigate cyberattacks
You plan, monitor, and manage complex sub-projects
You identify new application areas within the field of cybersecurity and collaborate with our clients to develop effective solutions
You take responsibility for internal development initiatives aimed at further expanding and strengthening our company

YOUR PROFIL

You hold a strong to very strong completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline
For the Consultant role, you bring 1–2 years of professional experience; for the Senior Consultant role, you bring 2–5 years of professional experience
You have relevant experience in implementing cybersecurity solutions in a corporate environment
You have a very strong understanding of business processes in the areas of IT and IT security
You possess in-depth knowledge of the specific characteristics and requirements of cloud systems
You demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
You have strong presentation and facilitation skills and interact confidently with clients
You are willing to travel
You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
