DEINE AUFGABEN

Du unterstützt das Sales-Teams bei Research-Aufgaben zur Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen und Angeboten
Du professionalisierst unseren Sales-Prozess durch das Einbringen innovativer Ideen und Vorschläge
Du unterstützt beim Aufbau von CRM-Prozessen und -Daten und übernimmst eigenständig die Pflege von Kundenkontakten und Erstellung von Berichten
Du bereitest Vertriebsmaterialien für die Kundenansprache vor, inklusive Präsentationen und Marketingdokumenten
Du führst Recherchen zu innovativen Themen durch, insbesondere in den Bereichen Digitalisierung
Du bereitest relevante Daten und Informationen für Kundenpräsentationen und interne Reports auf
Du arbeitest an verschiedenen Beratungsprojekten mit

DEIN PROFIL

Du bist eingeschriebene/r StudentIn im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Studiengang
Du hast erste Erfahrung im Bereich Sales, Marketing oder im Bereich Consulting von Vorteil, idealerweise durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten
Du besitzt sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in PowerPoint und Word zur Erstellung von professionellen Präsentationen und Dokumenten
Du verfügst über starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (C1-Level) und idealerweise Verhandlungssicherheit in Englisch
Du hast ein Auge für Details und die Fähigkeit, Inhalte konsistent und ansprechend aufzubereiten
Du besitzt organisationsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Du besitzt Affinität zu Vertrieb und Interesse daran, vertriebsorientierte Inhalte zielgruppengerecht zu erstellen
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 in beiden Sprachen)

YOUR TASKS

You support the sales team with research tasks in preparation for client presentations and proposals
You contribute innovative ideas and recommendations to further professionalize our sales processes
You assist in establishing and structuring CRM processes and data, independently maintaining client contacts and preparing reports
You prepare sales materials for client outreach, including presentations and marketing documents
You conduct research on innovative topics, particularly in the field of digital transformation
You compile and structure relevant data and information for client presentations and internal reports
You contribute to various consulting projects

YOUR PROFIL

You are currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
Initial experience in sales, marketing, or consulting is advantageous, ideally gained through internships or working student positions
You possess very strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Word, enabling you to create professional presentations and documents
You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 level) and ideally business-fluent English
You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to prepare content in a consistent and compelling manner
You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured and self-directed way
You have an affinity for sales and an interest in creating target group–oriented sales content
You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
