DEINE AUFGABEN

Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und beim Identifizieren von Optimierungspotenzialen durch den Einsatz von KI.
Du unterstützt bei der Beratung von Fachabteilungen und Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten KI-Strategien.
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Konzepten, Machbarkeitsstudien und Prototypen.
Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung und Optimierung kontinuierlicher KI-Lösungen.
Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen, um das KI-Verständnis zu fördern.
Du unterstützt bei der Transformationsbegleitung unserer Kund:innen im Bereich KI.

DEIN PROFIL

Du bist immatrikuliert in einem Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, einer technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen, mathematischen oder verwandten Disziplin und hast ein gutes Grundverständnis von Künstlicher Intelligenz.
Du besitzt praktische Kenntnisse in Python.
Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit gängigen AI- und ML-Frameworks (z. B. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Langchain) sowie mit Datenbanksystemen (Vektor-/Graphdatenbanken) und verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für die technische Umsetzung.
Du bist sicher in der technischen Konzeption von Lösungsansätzen.
Du verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
Du brennst für Künstliche Intelligenz und hast einen visionären Blick darauf, wie AI die Geschäftswelt transformieren kann.
Du bist teamfähig, leistungsbereit, flexibel, kommunikativ und eigeninitiativ.
Du besitzt ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
Du bist reisebereit.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau in beiden Sprachen)

YOUR TASKS

You support the analysis of business processes and the identification of optimization potential through the use of AI
You assist in advising business units and in developing tailored AI strategies
You contribute to the development of concepts, feasibility studies, and prototypes
You support the implementation and continuous optimization of AI solutions
You assist in conducting workshops and training sessions to foster AI literacy
You support our clients throughout their AI transformation initiatives

YOUR PROFIL

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or a related discipline and have a solid foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence
You have practical experience in Python
You have initial experience with common AI and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain) as well as database systems (vector and graph databases) and possess a good understanding of technical implementation
You are confident in the technical design of solution approaches
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and have a visionary perspective on how AI can transform the business world
You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
You have strong presentation and facilitation skills
You are willing to travel
You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
