DEINE AUFGABEN

Du berätst Kunden bei der sicheren Einführung und Nutzung von KI-Lösungen und unterstützt sie dabei, Chancen und Risiken von KI realistisch zu bewerten
Du leitest und begleitest AI-Security-Projekte von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Security
Du unterstützt Führungskräfte und Projektverantwortliche bei strategischen und konzeptionellen Fragestellungen rund um den Einsatz von KI im Kontext bestehender Security-Strukturen
Du konzipierst, organisierst und moderierst Workshops, Assessments und Schulungen zu AI Security, z. B. zur Risikobewertung von KI-Use-Cases oder zur sicheren Nutzung von GenAI
Du entwickelst und bewertest praxisnahe Konzepte und Leitlinien zur Absicherung von KI-Anwendungen, ohne dabei tief in die technische Implementierung einzusteigen
Du unterstützt im Projekt- und Stakeholder-Management, koordinierst beteiligte Parteien und sorgst für Transparenz über Fortschritt, Risiken und Entscheidungen
Du dokumentierst Ergebnisse, bereitest Management- und Entscheidungsunterlagen auf und präsentierst diese adressatengerecht gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Du beobachtest Markt- und Technologietrends im Bereich AI Security und leitest daraus relevante Impulse für Kundenprojekte und neue Beratungsansätze ab

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein gutes bis sehr gutes abgeschlossenes (Master-)Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, einer technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen, mathematischen oder verwandten Disziplin
Du bringst für die Rolle als Senior Consultant 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
Du arbeitest souverän an Fragestellungen rund um die sichere Entwicklung von KI, der sicheren Nutzung von KI-Anwendungen oder dem Einsatz von KI zur Verbesserung der Cybersecurity
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Projektmanagementmethoden, verstehst Unternehmensprozesse in der IT und Cybersecurity und bist sicher in der Konzeption, Einführung, Analyse und Optimierung dieser
Du bist ein kreativer und motivierter Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Leidenschaft dafür, innovative Ideen voranzutreiben und langfristige Beziehungen zu Kund:innen aufzubauen
Du zeichnest dich durch analytisches und visionäres Denken sowie exzellente Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus, um komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln und Kund:innen souverän zu beraten
Du besitzt ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und agierst souverän im Umgang mit Kund:innen
Du bist teamfähig, leistungsbereit, flexibel, kommunikativ und eigeninitiativ
Du bist reisebereit
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 in beiden Sprachen)

YOUR TASKS

You advise clients on the secure introduction and use of AI solutions, supporting them in realistically assessing both the opportunities and risks associated with AI
You lead and support AI security projects from analysis and conceptual design through to implementation, acting as the central interface between business units, IT, and security teams
You assist executives and project leads with strategic and conceptual questions regarding the use of AI within existing security frameworks
You design, organize, and facilitate workshops, assessments, and training sessions on AI security, for example on AI use case risk assessments or the secure use of generative AI (GenAI)
You develop and evaluate practical concepts and guidelines for securing AI applications, without necessarily engaging in deep technical implementation
You support project and stakeholder management activities, coordinate involved parties, and ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, and key decisions
You document results, prepare management briefings and decision papers, and present them appropriately to various stakeholder groups
You monitor market and technology trends in AI security and derive relevant impulses for client projects and new consulting approaches

YOUR PROFIL

You hold a strong to very strong completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or a related discipline
For the Senior Consultant role, you bring 2–5 years of professional experience
You confidently work on topics related to the secure development of AI, the secure use of AI applications, or the use of AI to enhance cybersecurity
You possess in-depth knowledge of modern project management methodologies, understand IT and cybersecurity-related business processes, and are confident in designing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing them
You are a creative and motivated team player with a high level of initiative and a passion for driving innovative ideas and building long-term client relationships
You stand out through analytical and visionary thinking, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills, enabling you to clearly explain complex technical concepts and advise clients with confidence
You have strong presentation and facilitation skills and interact confidently with clients
You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
You are willing to travel
You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
