DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du integrierst generative KI-Technologien in bestehende Anwendungssoftware
    • Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du übernimmst die Leitung und technische Verantwortung von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Du analysierst komplexe Daten für spezifische KI-Use-Cases und verbesserst die Datenqualität
    • Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du förderst aktiv die Verbesserung der Datenqualität
  • Du evaluierst und optimierst Software mit KI-Komponenten (z. B. LangChain, OpenAI, Ollama)
    • Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du etablierst Best Practices zur Evaluation und Optimierung dieser Technologien
  • Du entwickelst bestehende KI-Lösungen weiter und erarbeitest neue Ansätze
    • Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du trägst die Verantwortung für Architekturentscheidungen und gibst Impulse für innovative Ansätze
  • Du wirkst an cloud-nativen Entwicklungsprojekten mit Fokus auf KI-gestützte Softwarelösungen mit

  • Du integrierst KI-taugliche Datenbanksysteme für komplexe Anwendungen.
    • Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du verantwortest den gezielten Einsatz solcher Systeme in komplexeren Projekten
  • Du recherchierst und bewertest neue Technologien und Methoden im Bereich KI
    • Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du identifizierst neue Technologien und Methoden und führst sie gezielt ein
  • Du arbeitest mit Kunden und Projektteams zusammen und präsentierst Ergebnisse professionell.
    • Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du übernimmst die technische Führung von Developer:innen und moderierst Workshops und Reviews
 
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (vorzugsweise Master) mit KI- oder IT-Schwerpunkt, idealerweise mit ersten Berufserfahrungen in der KI-Softwareentwicklung
    •  Senior Level: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und nachweisliche Projekterfolge in der KI-Softwareentwicklung mit
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Python und mindestens einer weiteren Programmiersprache (z. B. JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java)
    • Senior Level: Du besitzt Expertise und umfangreiche Erfahrung in diesen Technologien
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Integration und Nutzung generativer KI-Technologien sowie Frameworks wie LangChain
    •  Senior Level: Du verfügst über tiefgehende Expertise und die Fähigkeit, Best Practices zu etablieren
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-tauglichen Datenbanksystemen (relationale Datenbanken, Vektor- und Graphdatenbanken)
    •  Senior Level: Du bringst umfassende Erfahrung in komplexen Integrationsprojekten mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung in cloud-nativer Entwicklung und DevOps-Praktiken (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub)
    • Senior Level: Du übernimmst Architekturverantwortung und bringst entsprechende Erfahrung mit
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im API-Design und in der Full-Stack-Softwareentwicklung
    •  Senior Level: Du hast Erfahrung in der Verantwortung von Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Du begeisterst dich für kundenzentrierte Anwendungsentwicklung und innovative Technologien

YOUR TASKS
  • You integrate generative AI technologies into existing application software.
    • Additionally at senior level: You take ownership and technical responsibility from initial concept through to successful delivery.
  • You analyze complex datasets for specific AI use cases and improve data quality.

  • You evaluate and optimize software systems with AI components (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Ollama).

YOUR PROFIL
  • You hold a completed degree (preferably a Master’s) with a focus on AI or IT, ideally with initial professional experience in AI software development.
    • Senior level: You bring several years of professional experience and proven project success in AI software development.
  • You have solid knowledge of Python and at least one additional programming language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java).
    • Senior level: You possess deep expertise and extensive hands-on experience with these technologies.
  • You have practical experience in integrating and using generative AI technologies as well as frameworks such as LangChain.
    • Senior level: You have profound expertise and the ability to establish and enforce best practices.
  • You have experience working with AI-ready database systems (relational databases, vector databases, and graph databases).
    • Senior level: You bring extensive experience in complex integration projects.
  • You have experience in cloud-native development and DevOps practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub).
    • Senior level: You take architectural responsibility and bring relevant practical experience.
  • You have knowledge of API design and full-stack software development.
    • Senior level: You have experience leading and being accountable for development projects.
